How can I return my order?

What are your returns guidelines?

We try to ensure that the goods received are in good order and will be disappointed if this is the case however there will be circumstances beyond  our control and will do everything we can to rectify the issue. Please if possible provide us with photographic evidence as this  will help in claiming against the courier.

Damaged Items: Inform us immediately upon  receipt and provide photographic evidence.

Incorrect Items: Inform us immediately upon  receipt with the full description and barcode/batch code of products.

Missing Items: Inform us immediately after checking your order confirmation to check whether we shipped it due to it being out of stock.

What Happens If I Miss My Delivery Slot?

By placing your order you accept our standard terms and conditions. We undertake to ensure that you will receive your goods the next working day provided that your order is received and paid in full (or otherwise as agreed) by 3.00pm. We cannot guarantee a delivery time and it is incumbent upon you to ensure that you can accept the goods on the day of delivery. If a redelivery has to be arranged we reserve the right to recharge you with the cost of re shipping either standard pallet rates or DPD.
